Chibuzo Nelson Azubuike popularly known as Phyno, is a native of Anambra State, Nigeria. He was born on the 9th of October  1986 in Enugu. He started his music career as a producer in 2003, he derived his stage name from the word phenomenal, which was given to him by one of his school friends. Phyno is best known for his style in singing, as he uses igbo and pidgin in his songs.

Music Career: The Alobam crooner, started his music career fully when he dropped his first studio album, titled No Guts No Glory, this song featured artist like Stormrex, Omawumi, Efa, Psquare etc. This song gained prominence in radio stations and television. Still in the same he released another album, Ghost Mode , the video of this song was shot and directed by Clarence Peters, one of Nigeria’s major video directors. Since Phyno kept chilling the industry with good vibes, he has collaborated with many artist, which includes Psquare, Olamide, Timaya etc.
