Douglas Jack Agu popularly known as Runtown is a Nigerian Singer and Song writer who is into Afro/Hip hop. Was born in Enugu, but grew up partly in Lagos and Abuja. His mother was a Civil Servant, who worked with the ministry of health, Abuja where they lived after the death of father. Runtown is known for his steady kind of music, which seemingly sounds like a rap song but isn’t actually.

Music Career: Runtown started singing when he released his first single titled Gallardo which was part of his debut album Ghetto University as a matter of fact, this song won the Best Collaboration of the Year Awards at the 2014 edition of the Nigerian Entertainment Awards. The singer fully gained popularity when he released his hit single titled Mad over you, this song was out in 2015 it paved way for him as he made a good number of streams from this song, all this happened when he was still under Eric Manny Entertainment, which he left in 2018.
