Yahoo Boy No Laptop, the full meaning of the acronym YBNL is a record, having Olamide a.k.a Badoo as the Chief Executive Officer. It was founded on the 19th of February, 2020, since it has housed a good number of musical artists.

Looking at the topic in consideration, I will be listing but the current and former artist signed into the Record Label.

For Asake, he messaged Olamide a.k.a Badoo, in 2020 but he was responded to in 2021, Fireboy saw this, he had to send a letter to Olamide, thanking him, and stating how Asake and him were school mates at the Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU). This was how olamide signed the two most trending artist in his record label.

As an independent artist, patience is the key factor why? Not all persons will have the luck of being signed into a I think record label to gain grounds in the music industry. A typical example of this is Timaya, he started his music gradually, from Port-Harcourt then he moved to Lagos, then as time went he became the “Papy Chulo” we all know him as today.
