afro singer in Nigeria was Fela Kuti, who blended reggae, hip-hop, calypso and

Origin:
Oluwatobi Wande Ojosipe is a Nigerian singer/songwriter who
is popularly known as Wande Coal, he was born on the 18th of October, 1985 in
Lagos State, Nigeria. His parents were Chief Ibukun Olufunto and Omolara
Oluwayemisi Ojosipe and his the eldest of his sibling.
Education:
Wande Coal, had quality education, he attended one of the
best schools in Nigeria, as he was able to complete the 6-3-3-4 levels of
education. While in school, he developed interest for music as he aspired of
being a musical icon. He had his primary school, at Staff Nursery and Primary
School, Ijanikan, Lagos and Federal Government College for his secondary
school. He is a graduate of Human Kinetics from the University of Lagos
(UNILAG).
Music Career:
This guy starting singing at a tender age, as a chorister in
his choir, this one thing about our musical artist, they once started in the
church as time went they left to sing for mercenary reasons. He was discovered
by Don Jazzy, in 2006, as he got signed into MoHits Record label, a music
label, which housed a good number of trending artist as at that time. He rose to limelight, when he featured in
D’banj Rundown/Funk you up album on singles such as “Loke, Tonosibe Why me”,as
time went on he left the record label and became on his own.
Collaboration:
Wande Coal, has collaborated with a good number of artist,
where he featured or was featured by other artist, but some of his songs were
